We are seeking a skilled Band 6 Physiotherapist to manage MSK outpatient caseloads, providing tailored, evidence-based physiotherapy treatments. The role focuses on enhancing patient recovery and promoting self-management strategies for long-term health benefits.

• Assess patients and develop personalized treatment plans for MSK conditions.
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on self-management strategies to support long-term health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with NHS standards.

• HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
• Experience in managing MSK outpatient caseloads.
• Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
