We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Neuro Occupational Therapist to join the specialist neuro team at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. The role involves assessing and treating patients with neurological conditions, including stroke, traumatic brain injuries, and other complex neurological disorders. The successful candidate will play a key role in rehabilitation, functional recovery, and discharge planning.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with neurological conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs to support recovery.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Support complex discharge planning and provide recommendations for ongoing therapy needs.
• Provide specialist advice on adaptive equipment and techniques to enhance daily function.
• Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to service development initiatives.

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in neurorehabilitation within an acute or community setting.
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
