We're looking for a proactive Band 7 Occupational Therapist to manage complex inpatient cases. The role involves delivering tailored treatment, carrying out visits and risk assessments, and supporting patient independence.

• Manage a complex caseload and create personalised treatment plans

• Conduct visits and risk assessments

• Deliver evidence-based therapy

• Collaborate with MDTs, patients, and carers

• Track patient progress and adjust plans as needed

• HCPC registered Occupational Therapist

• Experience managing complex cases and providing therapy

• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Knowledge of NHS practices preferred
