Core tasks

· Leading daily bar operations and supporting the team during service

· Preparing staff schedules and ensuring sufficient shift coverage

· Finding replacements in case of absences or stepping in to fill shifts

· Ensuring product quality, presentation, and cleanliness

· Managing stock levels, inventory checks, and supply orders

· Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations (e.g. HACCP)

· Training and onboarding new team members

· Communicating with other departments to coordinate morning operations

· Reporting technical issues or irregularities to the Head of F&B

Required competences

· Hosting mindset and a passion for drinks, bar-atmosphere, events and great service

· Reliability and hands-on mentality

· Awareness of legal responsibilities and alcohol safety

· Clear and open communication

· Flexibility and ability to handle dynamic evening operations

· Good time and resource management skills

· Calm and solution-oriented in fast-paced situations

· Excellent English communication skills (other languages are an advantage)
