Salary: £16.27 – £20.50 per hour (depending on role and experience)
Hours: 30–50 hours per week (hours and shifts negotiable)
Contract: Fixed-Term (3rd October 2025 – 5th January 2026)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing cosmetics brand on a 3-month fixed-term contract. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals with a passion for beauty, sales, and providing outstanding service. With two available roles; Senior Beauty Advisor and Beauty Advisor, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences during the busy Christmas season.

Senior Beauty Advisor/Sales Associate

As a Senior Beauty Advisor, you will:

• Lead and support a small team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Oversee stock management and maintain high store presentation standards.
• Confidently advise customers on cosmetics, including shade matching and product suitability.
• Drive sales and support team members in achieving targets.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every customer receives a premium service.

Beauty Advisor/Sales Associate

As a Beauty Advisor, you will:

• Deliver excellent customer service through one-to-one consultations.
• Assist customers with product recommendations, including shade matching.
• Promote and sell a wide range of cosmetics and beauty products.
• Support the Senior Advisor with stock and general store duties.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming in-store experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in beauty, retail, or customer service (essential for Senior Beauty Advisor, desirable for Beauty Advisor).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for beauty and confidence in shade matching.
• Organised, proactive, and able to work well in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
