We are dedicated to supporting young people and adults in their career paths, offering a range of courses from Level 1 to Level 3 in Hair and Beauty. • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that are aligned with the curriculum and assessment requirements.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment that motivates students to achieve their full potential.
• Assess, review, and record learner progress regularly.
• Maintain accurate course and learner records.
• Embed employment skills into the curriculum to enhance student readiness for the workforce.

• Degree/HND or equivalent vocational/professional qualification in a relevant field.
• Experience of teaching in further education is a distinct advantage.
• A1/V1 qualifications or willingness to work towards obtaining these.
• Teaching qualifications or readiness to pursue this with support from the college.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in IT.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
