Reporting to the Clinic Manager, the Trainer will ensure effective delivery and evaluation of initial training programs (3 month probationary period), through the provision of direct training of Behaviour Interventionists (BIs) across multiple locations in a region as required. The role contributes to the success of Monarch House increasing effectiveness and efficiency by ensuring training programs meets business standards and quality of services provided meet Monarch House standards.
The Trainer will be responsible for carrying a client caseload and/or float shifts. The caseload volume/float shifts will be determined by the manager based on the needs of the business and will fluctuate from time to time. Travel across clinics will be required.
Location: Guildford or Panorama (Possible travel to Langley and/Abbotsford may be required from time to time)
