Behaviour Mentor

We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor, for a school in Stoke-on-Trent, where you'll be playing a crucial role in supporting and guiding pupils with challenging behaviours, fostering an environment to support their academic and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting pupils individually to manage specific behavioural challenges.
* Interventions to promote a positive and inclusive environment.
* Implement reinforcement techniques to encourage and celebrate improvements in behaviour.
Qualifications / Experience:
* Previous experience within similar roles.
* Strong understanding of behavioural management.
* Level 2 TA qualification or relevant qualifications.
