Book Keeper

We are seeking a Temporary Part-Time Bookkeeper with strong NetSuite experience to support our finance team during a busy period. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, creative environment.

• Maintain accurate financial records using NetSuite ERP.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Support project-based accounting for events and campaigns.
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Finance Assistant.
• Proficiency in NetSuite is essential.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the events or creative industries is a plus.
• Available to work two days per week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
