Bookkeeper

We are hiring for an experienced Bookkeeper to join a long established accountancy firm in Horsham, West Sussex.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you already have a least a couple of years bookkeeping experience in a practice environment, and are now looking for a long term bookkeeper opportunity in a well run and highly regarded firm.

This will be a busy and varied role - preparing bookkeeping for a range of clients using Xero and Sage, VAT and CIS returns, assisting with the preparation of management accounts and supporting the payroll team at busy times. You will be joining a well established and friendly team, offering plenty of training so you can develop your skills and progress your career. The firm are based in a central and easily accessible location in the Horsham area.

About you:

• At least a couple of years bookkeeping experience in a practice/multi-client environment
• Used to working with cloud based software such as Xero
• A skilled communicator, confident working with a range of clients
• Organised and detail minded
