Bookkeeper

Location: East of Coventry, between Rugby
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexible daily hours for school runs)
Days: Monday to Friday
Parking: Free on-site
Are you an experienced bookkeeper who values stability and takes pride in accurate, methodical work? We're seeking a reliable professional to join our established Coventry-based client in a permanent, office-based role.
This position is perfect for someone who appreciates routine, enjoys working with established systems, and wants to be part of a steady, well-organised team. You'll be handling the full bookkeeping cycle in a supportive environment where attention to detail and consistency are genuinely valued.

• Managing the complete bookkeeping function using Sage Line 50
• Processing supplier invoices and statement reconciliations
• Completing daily bank reconciliations
• Handling sales order processing, invoicing, and credit notes
• Managing credit control and customer queries
• Supporting the Finance and Office Manager with administrative tasks

• Essential: Solid experience with Sage Line 50
• At least 2 years of accounts and finance administrative experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Someone who works methodically and takes pride in accurate record-keeping
• A reliable team player who enjoys working in an office environment
