Bookkeeper

Exciting, brand-new opportunity for a part-time Bookkeeper to join a long-established, prominent firm of Chartered Accountants based in Wakefield.

As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for:

• General bookkeeping.
• VAT returns.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Journals

To be a successful applicant for this bookkeeper position, ideally you should meet the following:

• Have previous experience as a Bookkeeper from working in an Accountancy firm.
• Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Be organised and methodical
• Feel comfortable working with various software.

• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays. (Full time equivalent)

• Performance related bonus scheme
• Salary from £27,000 to £32,000 (Full time equivalent)

Ideally this role will be 21 hours per week worked over 3 days.
