About the Company
We are proud to collaborate with a well-established, family-owned business located in Crowborough. They are currently seeking a dedicated Part-time Bookkeeper to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing financial transactions and providing vital support with various accounting duties. This is an onsite position, working 20–24 hours per week, and will report directly to the Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately maintain financial records and ledgers.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank accounts and statements.
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual reports.
• Contribute to the preparation of annual accounts.
• Provide additional financial support to the business as needed.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Excel
• AAT qualifications (advantageous but not essential).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
