My client is seeking an experienced part time Bookkeeper/Administrator to manage day-to-day financial and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments.
• Process purchase and sales orders
• Prepare and submit VAT returns.
• General office administration tasks including filing, scanning and typing of
documentation
• Answering phones and email enquiries.
• Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed.
• Ensure smooth running of the office, liaising with suppliers and customers.
• Liaise with external accountants and auditors. Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using Xero accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Part time approx. weekly hours 16-22
