Building Surveyor

We are workingon two Building Surveyor roles, within Corporate Property at a Southwest based Local Authority.

Location: Southwest England

Set-up: Hybrid - 2 days onsite

Rate: £375-420/day via umbrella, inside IR35

Duration: Initial 6-month contract

Hours: Full-time position

Responsibilities include:

• Undertake asset management survey plans of corporate buildings, including measured surveys, fire, asbestos, condition and Accessibility surveys, within the department’s planned timescales, programmes and budgets
• Delivery of the planned maintenance programme, across the property estate
• Delivery of surveys for asbestos, condition & Accessibility PCC buildings maintained in accordance with the maintenance strategy
• Deliver the council’s Asset management Plan
• Must have experience in writing reports, business cases, procurement and engaging with consultants
• Can be qualified by experience
