Business Teacher

• Part-time (21.6 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)

• Salary: £19,473 to £27,156 per annum

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our client's team as a Business Teacher in Northwest London. This role involves teaching across a range of courses, focusing on BTEC programmes from Level 1 to Level 3, including BTEC First, National and Higher National Diplomas, Access to HE, and T Levels.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions across various business courses.
• Prepare lesson plans and materials according to the curriculum.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Motivate and inspire students to excel in their studies.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the curriculum.
• Support students in achieving their learning goals.
• Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, grades, and overall progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Business or a related area.
• Successful experience of delivering BTEC programmes Level 1 - 3.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners of all ages.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and IT skills.
• A teaching qualification is advantageous; however, support will be provided to achieve the Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector.
