Care Assistant - Herne Bay
Pay: £13+ per hour (including holiday pay)
Hours: Flexible, ad hoc agency shifts - days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins available

Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a trusted care provider in Herne Bay to find caring and reliable Care Assistants for ad hoc agency work. This is a great chance to pick up flexible shifts supporting adults with a range of needs including dementia, mental health, and complex behaviours - perfect if you want to fit work around your life.

Important: An enhanced DBS on the update service is essential.

What you'll do:

• Support personal care and daily living activities
• Encourage independence and promote dignity
• Assist with mealtimes and social activities
• Monitor wellbeing and report changes
• Work closely with care teams to deliver excellent support

What we're looking for:

• Caring, patient, and reliable individuals
• Good communication and team working skills
• Previous care experience helpful but not essential - training provided
• Willingness to learn and grow
