Care Assistant - Flexible Shifts

Due to continued growth and our expansion into Maidstone and the surrounding areas, we are recruiting experienced, compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our flexible agency team.
As an Agency Care Assistant, you will work across a variety of residential and nursing care settings, providing high-quality, person-centred care and supporting individuals to maintain their dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing.
About the Role
Your responsibilities may include supporting individuals with personal care, washing and dressing, continence care, mobility, moving and handling, meals and hydration, and other aspects of daily living.
You will provide companionship and reassurance while encouraging individuals to remain as independent as possible.
You will be expected to follow individual care plans and risk assessments, maintain accurate and professional care records and promptly report any changes or concerns regarding an individual's health, wellbeing or safety.
As an agency worker, you will need to be adaptable and confident working within different care environments while respecting the policies, procedures and established routines of each service.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for Care Assistants who are compassionate, dependable and committed to delivering excellent standards of care.
Applicants must:
* Have a minimum of 3 months' recent UK experience within a care or healthcare setting
* Be confident providing personal care and supporting individuals with their daily living needs
* Be willing to complete Onpoint Care's induction and all required mandatory training
* Have an Enhanced DBS, satisfactory employment references and the Right to Work in the UK
Experience supporting older people, individuals living with dementia and people with physical or complex care needs is desirable.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with a variety of morning, afternoon, evening, night and weekend shifts, subject to client requirements and shift availability.
