Care Assistant Part-Time, Full-Time - Calderdale, Kirklees and parts of Bradford. £13.10 per hour

We are looking for warm, caring people to help older people to live long and happy lives in their own homes and keep their independence.

Duties will include:

• Preparing meals and assisting to eat and drink
• Providing dementia/alzheimer care
• Running errands and prescription collection
• Shopping and other household tasks
• Companionship and conversation
• Accompanying clients to appointments and leisure activities in the community
• Personal care support
• Providing medication reminders

Skills:

•  Experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous.
•  Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
• Proficiency in English for clear communication with clients and staff.
• Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
• Possession of a valid driving license is preferred
