Care Assistant Weekday-Only Role (No Weekends Required)

📍 Location: On the road – Swansea, Neath & Llanelli (SA1 to SA15)

🗓️ Schedule: Monday to Friday only

🕒 Shift Options: Mornings (07.00–15.00) or Afternoons/Evenings (14.00–22.00)

⏳ Hours: 16 to 25 hours per week

💰 Pay: £12.60/hour + £12.21/hour for travel time + £0.35/mile mileage

What Makes This Role Meaningful?

As a care assistant, you'll provide one-to-one support to older adults in your local area to stay safe, independent, and connected in their own homes.

Your day might include:

• Assisting with morning or evening routines
• Light housework and meal preparation
• Help with mobility and personal care
• Medication reminders
• Running errands or attending appointments
• Offering companionship and conversation over a cuppa

Is This You?

You don’t need experience in care. Whether your background is in retail, hospitality, customer service, or something completely different — if you have a kind heart and a willingness to learn, we’ll support you every step of the way.

You will need:

• A valid driving licence
• Access to your own car with business insurance
• Availability for 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
