Title - Care at Home Support Worker
Pay Rate - £13-15 ph
Location - Dumfries and Galloway

Immediate Start | Temp-to-Perm or Permanent Roles Available

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care at Home Support Workers to join a well-established care provider delivering high-quality support across the Dumfries and Galloway region.

About the Role:

You will provide person-centred care and support to elderly individuals and those with learning disabilities, helping them maintain independence and dignity in their own homes. Full training is provided, and experience is welcomed but not essential.

Key Details:

• Shifts: Various shift patterns available (full-time and part-time)

• Driving Licence: Not essential, but advantageous

• Gender: Open to both male and female applicants

• Pay Rate: Starting at £13 per hour, increasing incrementally to £15 per hour within 9 months

• Employment Type:

  • Temp-to-Perm: No transfer fee after 480 hours

  • Permanent: £3,000 placement fee applies
