Location: Denton, Greater Manchester
Hours: 25 hours per week (7:15-9:15 AM and 3:00-5:30 PM, Monday to Friday)

Your New Job
As the Care Club Manager, you will lead the school's before and after-school club, ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for pupils. You will manage a small team of playworkers, plan and deliver a variety of fun and educational activities, and maintain high standards of care and safeguarding. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for childcare and leadership to make a real impact in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the before-and after-school club
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote wellbeing and development
• Supervise and support playwork staff
• Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and school staff
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and school policies

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Experience working with children in a childcare, playwork, or educational setting
• A relevant Level 3 qualification in childcare, playwork, or equivalent (or willingness to work towards one)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A proactive, caring, and reliable approach
• A clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
