Care Support Worker

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Support Workers to join our growing team in Lambeth, Haringey and Waltham Forest. You will play a key role in supporting individuals to live independently and safely in their own homes while maintaining dignity, respect, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming

Assist with medication administration in line with care plans and training

Support service users with meal preparation and eating

Carry out domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping

Accompany service users to appointments, social activities, or community engagement

Promote independence, choice, and well-being at all times

Maintain accurate and timely care records and reports

Communicate effectively with service users, families, and the care team

Requirements:

Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential (full training provided)

A caring, respectful, and reliable attitude

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)

Right to work in the UK
