Part-Time Careers Advisor – Corby

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Careers Advisor to join our team in Corby.

Role Overview:
In this role, you will provide tailored career guidance and support to individuals, helping them explore opportunities and develop their career paths. You’ll work closely with clients to identify goals, deliver workshops, and offer one-to-one advice.

Key Experience & Skills Required:

Proven experience as a Careers Advisor or similar role
Strong knowledge of local and national employment and education opportunities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to deliver group workshops and one-on-one sessions
Understanding of career development frameworks and tools
Relevant qualifications in career guidance or counselling are preferred
