Caretaker - PART TIME - 2-6pm

Are you an experienced caretaker looking for a new challenge with nicer hours? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in the beautiful locations of St Austell and Liskeard, Cornwall.

About the Role:

• Position: Caretaker
• Location: St Austell/Liskeard, Cornwall
• Salary: NJC 7 - NJC 13 (FTE £25,630 - £28,351; Actual Salary Range £13,854 - £15,324)
• Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 2pm - 6pm, 52 weeks a year
• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise and carry out both planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and health and safety standards.
• Maintain properties to a high standard, ensuring buildings are in optimum working condition.
• Support and oversee a team of Multi-Site Maintenance People.
• Demonstrate practical skills in carpentry, fixing locks, electrical work, plumbing, drainage, painting, decorating, and people management.
