Key Responsibilities

Providing an outstanding guest experience during events and banquets, while supporting your team wherever needed. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality food and beverage service in a banquet setting
• Setting up and breaking down banquet rooms, ensuring flawless presentation
• Attending to guests’ needs and requests with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Anticipating and addressing service challenges to create a seamless dining experience
• Collaborating with the kitchen team for efficient event execution
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming banquet space
• Assisting in welcoming and training new team members
