Casual Delivery Assistant

Our store teams are the face of our business, and as a Casual Delivery Assistant, you’ll play a vital role behind the scenes to ensure our customers get the very best experience every time they shop with us.

As a Delivery Assistant, you’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the stockroom and shop floor. This is a physically active role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, and beyond. 

• Accepting and processing deliveries efficiently
• Unpacking and tagging new stock
• Replenishing the shop floor and maintaining stock levels
• Supporting stockroom organisation and housekeeping
• Working closely with sales advisors and management to support store operations
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Flexibility to work early mornings, lates, weekends, and peak trading periods (e.g. Christmas, sales)

We’re looking for motivated individuals who:

• Have a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Enjoy practical tasks and being on their feet
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Are punctual, reliable, and flexible
• Have a passion for retail and delivering great service

Previous retail or delivery/stockroom experience is a bonus but not essential – full training will be provided.
