As a Stockroom Assistant, you’ll work behind the scenes to ensure smooth stock movement and replenishment, keeping our shop floor fully stocked and our customers satisfied.

This role is vital to maintaining operational excellence, supporting the team, and making sure every product is where it needs to be fast.

• Support with the receipt, unpacking, and accurate processing of deliveries
• Organise and maintain the stockroom to company standards
• Replenish the shop floor promptly and efficiently
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock counts and inventory control
• Support store colleagues by ensuring availability of product
• Adhere to health & safety procedures in the back of house
• Be flexible to support on the shop floor as required during busy periods

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Reliable and committed with a strong work ethic
• A team player with good communication skills
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and peak retail periods
• Previous stockroom, retail, or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
