Job Description - Catering Assistant

 Catering Assistant 

Hours: Part-Time, 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Hourly rate: £11.44ph 

We are currently looking for dedicated and reliable Catering Assistants to join schools in Dudley. This offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to providing healthy, nutritious meals for students in a supportive and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to students and staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure food hygiene standards are consistently met.
  • Assist in washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Support the team in general kitchen duties as required.

Requirements:
  • Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance is required for this role.
  • Previous catering experience preferred, but not essential.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for providing great service.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
