The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will take on a diverse workload, delivering both professional and project-led services. Responsibilities will include conducting building surveys, undertaking detailed defect analysis, advising on technical due diligence, and managing refurbishment and redevelopment schemes from inception to completion.

The Chartered Building Surveyor

• Degree in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
• MRICS or close to completing APC
• Experience within a similar consultancy environment
• Both project & professional experience
• An ambitious individual, eager to move into a Senior level role
