Job Title: Chartered Surveyor
Location: Droitwich - Office-based with local travel
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (Flexible)
Salary: Up to 50k plus car allowance and benefits

About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Chartered Surveyor to join a respected and growing professional services team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in commercial rent reviews and lease renewals, who is looking for flexibility, a strong support network, and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting commercial rent reviews and lease renewals

• Inspecting and measuring office, industrial, and retail premises

• Researching market comparables and preparing professional reports

• Communicating findings and recommendations to clients

• Negotiating with landlords, tenants, and their appointed surveyors

• Supporting occasional commercial valuation work (training provided)

Required Skills & Experience:

• MRICS or FRICS qualification with minimum 2 years post-qualification experience

• Strong knowledge of Landlord & Tenant legislation

• Experience with CoStar or similar property databases

• Ability to interpret lease agreements and manage tenant relations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and professional judgement
