Job Title : Chef, Wokingham 30 Hours Weekly FTE £26,334.82

Suffolk Lodge is a Dementia Residential Care Home, it is a two-storey building located in a pleasant residential area within a very easy walking distance from the Town Centre of Wokingham.

This home provides residential care for up to 37 older people. We have 1 unit for hospital discharge and reablement and 4 specialist units for older people living with dementia who require the support of a secure environment and a higher level of care from our staff members.

This role is to provide nutritious meals for the residents at Suffolk Lodge, working alongside the Head Chef. You will be required to prepare and cook meals with the support of the Head Chef and independently.

You will be required to cater for special events such as parties, birthdays and events for the residents. To ensure the kitchen and dishes at Suffolk Lodge are kept to a high standard of cleanliness.
