The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in commercial kitchens within the UK and a passion for delivering high-quality meals. While certain certifications (like an Enhanced DBS or Manual Handling training) are not strictly required to apply, you must be fully willing to obtain them upon hiring.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to the established menu and dietary standards.

Manage food preparation sections and assist in keeping kitchen waste to a minimum.

Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with Food Safety regulations (HACCP).

Ensure safe operation of all kitchen equipment and adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines.

Collaborate effectively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
