Chef de Partie – Corporate Catering

We are recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie to support a large, professional corporate catering operation based in Canary Wharf.

This is a high -standard, secure corporate kitchen environment delivering fresh food at volume. Reliability, professionalism, and consistency are essential.

Key Duties:

• Preparing and cooking food to agreed menus and specifications
  

• Running a section during service
  

• Maintaining food hygiene, allergen controls, and health & safety standards
  

• Supporting senior kitchen staff with preparation and service
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie
  

• Corporate or contract catering experience preferred
  

• Level 2 Food Safety Certificate (minimum)
  

• Strong timekeeping and professional presentation
  

Compliance Requirements (Mandatory):

• Right to Work in the UK
  

• Basic DBS check
  

• Adverse credit check
