Children' Supervising Social Worker - Fostering

An Independent Fostering Agency who has been rated "Good" by Ofsted is looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their team covering the Southampton and Portsmouth area.
This position is HOME BASED, but there will be a requirement to attend their regional office in Hampshire 2-3 times per month.
You will be participating in all foster care reviews, provide and develop support and supervision, and assess and identify support and training needs of foster carers, using a positive and therapeutic approach.
