Shifts Available: Tuesday Nights - 8pm - 6am

Care Assistant: Role & Responsibilities

Join us as a Children's Complex Care Assistant to provide dedicated overnight care for a happy 2-year-old girl with Treacher Collins syndrome. She has a tracheostomy and is PEG fed, needing careful monitoring while her parents rest. She loves dolls, teddies, and crafts and will start nursery in September. This role offers rewarding, dynamic work where you’ll make a real difference every night.

Your responsibilities will include overnight tracheostomy care and monitoring, ensuring the child’s safety and comfort during sleep, and supporting both the child and her family with compassion.

Care Assistant Job: Skills & Requirement

Previous experience in care or childcare is essential for this role. Full training will be provided, along with ongoing clinical support, to help you develop specialist skills in key areas such as tracheostomy care.
