Children's Support Worker - Warrington
Hourly Rate: £18 - £20

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Children's Support Workers to join our team in the Warrington area. This rewarding role involves providing supervision shifts and supporting family time sessions, which typically range from 1 to 5 hours at a time.

• Supervising contact sessions between children and their families.

• Ensuring a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment at all times.

• Encouraging positive interactions and promoting the welfare of the child.

• Writing clear, concise session notes and reports.

• 1 year minimum experience working with children, young people, or families (paid).

• Strong communication and observational skills.

• The ability to remain calm, professional, and impartial in sensitive situations.

• Flexibility to work varying shift lengths.

• A caring, reliable, and dedicated approach.

• Competitive hourly pay: £18 - £20 per hour.
