Job Title: Cima-qualified Management Accountant
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 pro rata
Location: Harlow - Hybrid
Contract: Permanent, Part time
Hours: 2 days a week 1 day in the office and 1 day from home

My client, a thriving business based in Harlow, is on the lookout for a talented and driven CIMA-qualified Management Accountant and Company Secretary to lead their finance team on a part-time basis.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

·CIMA-qualified
·Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
·Proficiency in financial software
·Advanced Excel skills & experience with data analytics
·Strategic thinker
·Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
·Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

·Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and performance reporting
·Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making business planning
·Monitor budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial projections
·Support senior management with financial data and strategic recommendations
·Manage year- end audit processes and liaise with external auditors
·Ensure compliance with company laws, tax regulations and corporate policies
