Sanderson is working in partnership with its client in the UK. We are currently recruiting CIPD/HR Consultant to be London based out.

Duration: 3 Months Initially
IR35 Status: Outside of IR35

Key Responsibilities
* We are now recruiting for a consultant to join the team and provide guidance and expertise on process improvements to the current end to end process, looking for efficiencies and to implement enhanced practices to improve the process and experience for officers on recuperative duties.
* The preferred candidate must be CIPD Certified, hold a NPPV2 Clearance and ideally have worked in a similar role and environment previously.
