Locum Civil Litigation Lawyer – Part time - Predominantly remote working – 3-6 months - up to £55 per hour Umbrella – Home Counties

Venn Group’s specialist legal team are pleased to be recruiting for a Locum Civil Litigation Lawyer to join a lovely and supportive team in a Public Sector Organisation in the Home Counties area.

This assignment will be for an initial period of 3-6 months to cover sickness leave.

The ideal candidate would work part time on a Predominantly remote working basis.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Local Authority and will have a broad working understanding of Civil matters.

Duties may include:

• Handling Debt recovery matters in County Court/Discrimination Claims
• Dealing with Homelessness judicial reviews and general homelessness advice
• Dealing with personal injury claims – claims under the Highways Act and Occupiers Liability
• Holding a caseload of Injunctions – ASB/squatters & Possession proceedings

An attractive hourly rate of up to £55 per hour Umbrella is offered for this position dependant on experience.
