Class Two Drivers - Immediate starts

We are recruiting HGV Class 2 Day Drivers on behalf of our client who are a Meat Wholesaler with a depot in Pucklechurch, Bristol, BS16 postcode.

Working as part of their delivery team, your main duties will be to complete chilled deliveries of cooked and raw meats on a set route to butchers, cafes and other food establishments throughout the South West region. Given the nature of the work, you will be required to offload at point of delivery using the tail lift.

This is a temporary contract. We are a recruitment agency so our work can be flexible, this means we can cater for drivers who are looking for adhoc or full time hours each week, on a regular ongoing basis.

Due to insurance: Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months recent Class 2 driving experience.

Full Induction and training is provided.

Hours of work:
Tuesday to Friday shifts, 05:00am starts daily.
Depending on volumes, there is also the option to pick up the occasional Monday shift too.
Average shift length is 8hrs to 10hrs daily, but this can vary depending on your route.

Hourly Pay Rates (PAYE only):
£15.00 per hour
