Cleaner

Our clients are looking for experienced Cleaner to join their team specialising in end of tenancy cleans. They are currently expanding their operations in Southampton and are looking for experienced cleaners who understand the high standards expected by estate agents, particularly for student accommodations.

The role will be part time initially with flexible hours. There may be the opportunity of becoming full time as the business grows.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Perform end of tenancy cleaning tasks including deep cleaning of bathrooms (shower screens, toilets), kitchens (including oven cleaning), and general living areas to meet estate agent standards.
• Work efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within allocated times.
• Handle cleaning jobs as they are assigned, which could be on short notice from estate agencies/letting agents.
• Initially part-time with potential to transition to full-time based on performance and business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in end of tenancy cleaning or similar roles.
• Familiarity with the cleaning standards and expectations of estate agents, especially in student areas.
• Ability to work flexibly and manage time effectively.
• Capable of handling physical tasks associated with deep cleaning.
• Experience in using professional cleaning equipment and materials.
