Job: School Cleaner

Location: Alcester

Salary: £12.21-£13.00 p/h DOE

Job Type: Temp  - 2- 3 weeks work. 

Working Hours: 15 hours per week, 15.30-18.30, Monday to Friday

We are seeking 4 x cleaners for our client in Alcester. Initially, this position is temporary for 2-3 weeks then it will be a case that you will be called when needed to cover sickness and holidays. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in a school, including a communal kitchens and bathrooms. 

Day-to-day of the role:

• Perform general cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and restroom cleaning.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and bathroom area.
• Ensure all areas are cared for and inspected according to standards.
• Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
• Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cleaner is highly advantageous but not essential
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.
• Knowledge of English language is essential. Clear communication skills
• Understanding of COSHH is highly advantageous but not essential as training will be given
