Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM - 8:00 AM

Salary: £12.60 per hour paid weekly

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive cleaner to join our team in Winsford. In this role, you will ensure that Council buildings meet the highest hygiene and safety standards. This position requires a full UK driving licence as you will travel between multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties to maintain a safe and hygienic environment in all assigned buildings.
• Open and secure premises as needed.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and COSHH regulations.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high standards.
• Respond to customer requests professionally and exceed expectations.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and escalate concerns where necessary.
• Handle, maintain, and store equipment according to instructions.
• Use initiative and problem-solving skills to improve practices.
• Undertake any additional tasks required for the role.

About You:

• A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
• Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Professional, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
• Awareness of health and safety practices.
