Hours: Part-Time, 21 hours per week (Monday-Saturday, 4pm-7pm)
Contract Duration: 6 Month Contract

We are seeking a dedicated Public Convenience Cleaner/Attendant to help maintain the public toilets in Witham. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that these facilities are clean, hygienic, and properly utilised by the community. Plus, you'll provide cover for the Braintree public toilets when needed.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Keep It Clean: Regularly clean, wash, and sweep all areas, including sanitary facilities, ensuring everything is spotless and inviting.
• Safety First: Make sure all toilet cubicles, surfaces, and associated areas are clean and ready for use, including unblocking toilets and removing any graffiti.
• Stock Management: Monitor supplies like soap and toilet rolls, reporting low stock levels to your manager promptly.
• Fault Reporting: Address and report any facility faults to your line manager as necessary.
• Keyholder Responsibilities: Ensure the toilets are locked after cleaning and maintain security.
• Health & Safety: utilise cleaning materials and protective equipment properly, while following health and safety guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a physically demanding manual role and working in public-facing positions.
• Must be able to perform cleaning tasks effectively.
• Previous keyholder experience is a plus.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
