Job Description - Cleaner

3 months contract with a Local Authority

Job Summary:

• Cleaning and maintaining classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Key Duties/Accountabilities (Sample):

• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.

• Dusting and wiping surfaces.

• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.

• Restocking supplies such as toilet paper and hand soap.

• Always following all health and safety procedures.

Skills/Experience:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and reliability.

• Understanding of health and safety standards in cleaning.

Additional Information:

• Part-time role: 18 Hr/week (15:00 PM to 18:00 PM Monday to Friday).

• This role required a DBS Check and references.
