📍 Location: Bristol Airport
💷 Pay: £14.00 per hour
🕒 Hours: 16 hours per week (4 hours per day)
🗓 Pay frequency: Monthly (example weekly pay: £224)
📅 Shift pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off rotation

About the Role

We are hiring 4 experienced Cleaners to join our team at Bristol Airport. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-profile environment with stable hours and excellent benefits.

You’ll work on a 4-on, 4-off schedule, with consistent morning or afternoon shifts , and will only work alternate weekends.

Shift Patterns

This is a 4-week rotating schedule. Each Cleaner is assigned fixed time slots:

Week 1

• Cleaner 1: Mon–Thurs, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

• Cleaner 2: Fri–Mon, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

• Cleaner 3: Mon–Thurs, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

• Cleaner 4: Fri–Mon, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Week 2

• Cleaner 1: Tues–Fri, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

• Cleaner 2: Sat–Tues, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

• Cleaner 3: Tues–Fri, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

• Cleaner 4: Sat–Tues, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Week 3

• Cleaner 1: Wed–Sat, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

• Cleaner 2: Sun–Wed, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

• Cleaner 3: Wed–Sat, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

• Cleaner 4: Sun–Wed, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Week 4

• Cleaner 1: Thurs–Sun, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

• Cleaner 2: Mon–Thurs, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

• Cleaner 3: Thurs–Sun, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

• Cleaner 4: Mon–Thurs, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

🧾 Requirements

• Must have previous cleaning experience

• Must be able to provide a full 5-year HMRC work history with no gaps over 28 days

• Able to pass strict airport vetting and background checks

• Physically fit for cleaning duties (walking, lifting, standing)

• Comfortable working early mornings, afternoons, and weekend shifts

• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently
