University Cleaners, Temporary (3 Months) - Part Time / Various Shifts,Central London, £13.85 per hour + holiday pay, Start ASAP

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable cleaners to join a busy Central London university site on a temporary 3-month contract. These roles are crucial in preparing the campus for the upcoming academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of classrooms, lecture theatres, corridors, offices, and communal areas
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Dusting and wiping surfaces, fixtures, and fittings
• Emptying and sanitising waste and recycling bins
• Cleaning and restocking toilets and washroom facilities
• Reporting any maintenance or health and safety issues to supervisors
• Assisting with deep cleaning projects during the university closure period
• Following cleaning schedules and adhering to health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• A positive, 'can-do’ attitude and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying shift patterns and workloads

Shift Information:

Shifts are 4 hours per day, scheduled between:

06:00 - 10:00

08:00 - 14:00

14:00 - 18:00

Weekly hours may vary - some weeks may be up to 5 days, others as few as 1 day depending on site needs
