Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 16:00-19:00 (15 hours per week)

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services,
for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join the cleaning team at our site in
Newcastle

The successful candidate will be responsible for the onsite
cleaning teams, ensuring the highest of cleaning standards are adhered to at
all times.  You will
be required to carry out a range of cleaning tasks, safely and professionally,
to a high standard. You must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail,
have the ability to communicate on all levels and provide flexibility to cover
additional shifts, as and when required.

The successful candidate will require Enhanced DBS clearance
before starting.

Duties include:

• Supervising the cleaning team
  
• Arranging cover for annual leave and other
  absences
  
• Cleaning of designated areas, ensuring the
  agreed cleaning specification is completed, as per the site instructions
  
• Fulfilling all H&S and COSHH requirements
  
• Dealing with customer requests promptly and
  courteously, offering superb customer service
  
• Monitoring all cleaning equipment and
  machinery, and reporting any issues
  
• Carrying out any other reasonable management
  requests
  

Requirements

• Previous
  supervisory experience
  
• 
  Previous
  cleaning experience in care setting.
  
• Ability
  to work independently and use initiative
  
• An
  understanding of COSHH
  
• 
  Good
  attention to detail
  
• 
  Good
  verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability
  to work independently and use initiative
  
• Flexibility
  to cover shifts as and when required
  
• Reliable
  and responsible with a flexible approach to work
