We are seeking an experienced and proactive Cleaning Supervisor to oversee morning cleaning operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Train and mentor cleaning staff, providing guidance on best practices.
• Develop cleaning schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and ensure proper use of equipment.
• Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints.
• Enforce company policies and health & safety regulations.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cleaning supervisor or team leader role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
